Faouzi KHELIL

For nearly forty years, Faouzi KHELIL has devoted his research and work to the detailed analysis of human behavior, understanding collective dynamics, and modeling interactions in complex environments. His unique career, at the crossroads of cognitive science, applied psychology, and high-intensity decision-making environments, has made him a leading figure in the field of human factors engineering.

His approach is based on an extraordinary analytical capacity, fueled by exceptional intellectual rigor and a particularly keen perception of implicit dynamics. He uses this expertise to make intelligible the often invisible human processes—those that truly structure cooperation, regulation, and performance within organizations.

After more than twenty years of government service in the gendarmerie's investigation and intervention units, Faouzi KHELIL spent several years running a company specializing in professional training and strategic coaching. This experience, gained through contact with hundreds of companies and organizations, allowed him to observe the structural limitations of these approaches: however useful they may be in certain targeted situations, they struggle to produce profound and lasting effects when they are not accompanied by a comprehensive understanding of the human realities on the ground. COGNILIUM was born to meet this requirement.
