1 - OBSERVATION
We enter the organization with a posture of active immersion, in complete transparency.
This phase aims to capture human dynamics as they are actually experienced: informal interactions, collective micro-adjustments, implicit rituals, areas of tension or fluidity.
No questionnaires. No gimmicks. Just direct, long-term field experience to capture what usually escapes managerial attention.
2 - STRUCTURED ANALYSIS
The observations collected are then analyzed using our proprietary behavioral frameworks, combining cognitive science, collective dynamics, and organizational phenomena. Each event is contextualized, and each interaction is placed within its real ecosystem.
This analysis allows us to identify behavioral invariants, informal regulatory logic, and weak signals of disengagement or cooperation.
3 - MODELING
We build a rigorous, visual and intelligible representation of the human dynamics at work.
This modeling gives a different perspective on the organization: beyond organizational charts and processes, it reveals living structures, recurring behaviors, areas of resilience, circuits of influence, and unexploited resources.
It is from this behavioral map that concrete levers can emerge.
4 - TRANSMISSION
We provide senior management and/or the relevant bodies with a precise, strategic and actionable summary.
